For consulting, speaking engagements, and coaching services, users may be required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the scheduled service.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 45 days prior to the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

8. Limitation of Liability:

CCCS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.

10. Changes to Terms:

CCCS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cotton & Cotton Consulting Services, LLC (CCCS). Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making any bookings for our consulting, speaking engagements, TV/Film Production Services, and coaching offerings.


1. Service Descriptions:

  • CCCS provides detailed information about its services on the website. Users are encouraged to review these descriptions before making a booking to ensure the service meets their needs.


2. Booking and Payment:

  • For consulting, speaking engagements, and coaching services, users may be required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the scheduled service.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Users can cancel a booked service up to 30 Days before the scheduled date and receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.


4. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline specified in Section 3. If CCCS is unable to fulfill a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.


5. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, users must contact CCCS at drcotton@cccs.llc with their booking details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7 - 10 business days to reflect.


6. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Certain services, such as digital downloads, may be non-refundable. Users will be notified of the non-refundable nature of a service before booking.


7. Changes to Bookings:

  • Users may request changes to their bookings (e.g., rescheduling) subject to CCCS's availability and approval. Additional charges may apply for      rescheduled services.
